Appointments

Therapy is scheduled by appointment during afterschool and evening hours. Weekend appointments are not available.

Fees

Therapy appointments are 50 minutes long.  Payment by cash, check, or credit card is due at time of service.

Insurance

I do not currently accept insurance, however your insurance company may offer out-of-network reimbursement for my services. I will provide a receipt that you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please contact your insurance company to determine your out-of-network coverage.

Cancellation Policy

24 hour advance notice is required to cancel an appointment. A full fee will be collected for missed sessions or late cancellations.
